Yes. Speedoc online doctor video consultation is conducted in our app where we ensure no third-party will have access to your personal, medical or payment information. In addition to that, Speedoc is part of the Malaysian Ministry of Health (MOH) regulatory sandbox for telemedicine providers.
Telemedicine was launched with the adaptation of the Malaysian Telemedicine Blueprint established by the Ministry of Health in 1997. It envisioned harnessing the power of information and multimedia technology to enhance medical services in the country.

Speedoc online doctor consultation starts from RM 30 per session for the first 30 minutes. We offer a free same-day medicine delivery after consultation if needed.
If your condition requires a same-day follow-up house call doctor consultation in your home after your video consultation, the cost of your teleconsultation will be waived.
